Right on. I've tested it a bit and haven't had issues, but using any tool that alters core functionality like this inherently risks causing problems.

Also, just to come full circle on the sub-discussion: I'm not trying to say you're wrong to not like the changes, or that your opinion is not valid. I was only bringing it up because the language you used was combative right off the jump, which tends to hinder effective communication. When you say "It just doesn't compute who the fuck thought this would be a good idea.", anyone who did think it was a good idea is likely to feel personally attacked, and less likely to want to offer assistance. You can get your point across just as clearly without actively shitting on the devs and the majority of users who prefer or at least don't mind the change, and you'll set a more positive tone for discussion at the same time.
