[WA] Break lease over month before it even starts

You're reading way further into this than you should. We're talking about an apartment lease, it's not that serious. I'm not claiming that my situation entitles to me to get out of anything, or that I am a victim. I have some circumstances that warrant me wanting to change my plans, and I was looking to see if I had an option. You're acting like I'm some kind of douche trying to fuck some people over, but that's not the case at all. Chill out on the needless moral crusade you're on because it's not really relevant at all. I agree with some of your points. You shouldn't sign onto a contract if you don't intend to honor said contract, but things beyond my control have changed and I am trying to find a resolution where neither I, nor the apartment owners, get fucked over. I don't know how much more plainly I can state that, so all this "stop acting like a victim" and "stop waving the hurt flag" stuff is really unnecessary. You were rude from the jump, and I would hope you have the self-awareness to see that. As it stands I don't have any way out from under it, so I'm going to hold up my end of the bargain, regardless of what that means for me in the future.
