I[WA] FMLA Migraines, and two jobs

I'm not versed in exact details of WA's PFML, but it may be an option to get meds/treatment/flare ups sorted. Also bear in mind, your employer may not have to protect your job depending on their size (less than 50 people).

Getting a second job while using PFML would not be allowed to the best of my understanding. It would be fraudulent to claim PFML while working for another employer during those hours.

As others have said, if your job requires full-time hours then requesting an ADA accommodation of part-time is not reasonable and they are not required to keep you on. FMLA and PFML are different programs than ADA. FMLA usually will run concurrent with PFML.

Ultimately, it sounds like you just need a different job. There is not really an honest way in your situation to switch to another employer and maintain job protection or go in having FMLA protection with a new employer.
