doing the ad-lib can be a big hit or miss. (pun not intended) dancer instructors are very strict with what they want. we don't really know if they were supposed to follow the exact choreo without changing anything (but judging by sondeuk asking him to not do it, they probably were.) however, i don't think it might've impacted their scores? i'm not sure about that

i do agree with you, it's not really his attitude. he just wants to make sure everybody is able to do well, so that they including him, can also strive. one person messing up can greatly affect the entire team. even though i sometimes understand why he does the thing he does, but most people probably don't. it's really easy to get carried away by your ambition.
