So I agree with these other posters about the potential for this being nothing, but I don’t want to ignore your reported feelings on the matter and, I’ve been where you think you may be.

You should talk to her. You should talk to her because it’s your wife and your life, and this could be a small thing you’re misperceiving or a big thing she’s blind to, or anything in between.

I know you’ve been together for a long time, so maybe there are a lot of “things” you’ll think will make this harder, but whatever the things are, it’ll be clearer. If it’s big things, better to know. If it’s little, better to know.

I’m not saying rush out immediately and put it to her, but she’s the one with the answers.
