Yeaaaaaaaaaaaa I feel this. Company I work at has the whole diversity and community investment team who has exactly 2 people that seem to vibe hard with it, meanwhile every single team lead / org lead that ends up talking about it sounds like they're 30 seconds away from throwing the entire thing in the trash because they hate the very concept of it. Let alone just... gestures broadly at various spicy side comments people have made in front of the people supposedly advancing this initiative.

Plus the two people that were generally actually supportive from my own team have changed jobs so the current team just feels like a minefield. I know from snarky side comments from some other team members that some suspect something but nothing negative has come from it yet. So maybe I'm just panicking and overthinking everything but it's like ^{jesus fuck the anxiety end my suffering i'm becoming an alcoholic because i'm stuck here overthinking and overdrinking every side comment that people make send help}
