Or maybe, just maybe, you don't know the reality of my field. I work in a prison, inmates don't give a shit if I have a hostile workplace. If a person can't handle being called a bitch than I sure as shit don't want them as my partner because it's going to happen every day, along with being called a pussy, faggot, death threats, threats against their family, etc.

How is having such hostile workplace beneficial to anyone? Even marine corp drill instructors are not allowed to curse anymore.

I mean, I've heard from people that it was getting softer and softer, you think that's good, I don't think it's good that someone can't take getting cursed at without getting up in their feelings when they're literally training to be in life or death situations.
