It may seem far reaching but it really isn't.

If China and Russia were able to hack just about every company in the U.S. you can gaurntee the government, wallstreet even, could have been hacked and are being held hostage.

To me, that is one scenario you can plug in and everything starts to make sense when you think about it. We had all that ransomware some years back and all the sudden it has gone away?

I am pretty sure someone has the ability to wipe loads of data right now. They have a lot of publicity with the UFO/UAPs currently and if you take a look and attempt to try and understand the technology those things use, then it's easy to entertaim that financial system has been. Very possible for me anyway.
