I would really like for this to work out but I’ve been thinking about it all day and need some advice. My problem is that I’m only 21 and am not looking to get married for a good 5-10 years from now and I can’t wait that long to be sexually active. But I also don’t want this to be the sole reason to just end things because I really really like her and I’m sure we could have something great.

You and this girl have different views/attitudes towards sex (and probably several other topics as well, e.g. what does virginity mean? how important is marriage? what about birth control? what about abortions? etc.). Hence, you're not compatible. It's completely fine to tell her that you've realised that this isn't for you.
