As a member of TSC I can tell you that our guild leader was literally paying out rewards to encourage more members to farm materials. We hosted farming events with cash prizes and spent a LOT of gold buying materials from people who were hoarding them to make a quick buck. These events and purchases which causes spikes in turn-ins were what may have led you to believe TSC has stockpiles. There were no stockpiles, or delaying. I have no idea where you got your information from but they are not reliable. We literally paid for you to have AQ sooner.

That being said, thank you to all the selfless individuals that DID contribute to the war effort and donated your time for the benefit of the whole Horde.
