They wanted teamview because it would broadcast your screen live. That is the best proof they can request that protects THEM. This website isnt a charity it requires an income to exist.
Even though by now you would realize why they asked for teamview..your so selfish and uncaring about anyone but yourself you still havent deleted this thread.

I kinda wish kinguin was the bad guy in this scenario.. and was as childish as your actions in this thread.. so they could get what karma they could get out of this.. data dump or anything.
but sadly they are a highly reputable company with over 1 million succesful transactions.. favoured by the biggest key sites on the internet and loved by 95% off the people who use it.
If kinguin put a IQ test before each transaction.. your complaint wouldnt exist.
The only thing kinguin did here was under estimate your stupidity and shouldve explained why a online company needs to protect itself from scammers and why it requires actual PROPER legit proof before it can handle refunds/replacements.
