A warning: don't dispute double charges, even if they tell you to

Sorry, but as someone who lives in a low income area. And constantly has to hear people's elaborate, complicated Tales of woe, full of plot holes and nonsensical events like them breaking down on the street of their in-laws at 2am with their wife and child freezing in the car that's nowhere in sight and also being unable to just go back to their in-laws house. Or how they're from out of state and going to their daughter's funeral who died tragically, and was too good for this sinful Earth, and they just happened to break down at 1:00 in the morning in an area infamous for panhandlers. And all of these elaborate tragedies can be solved with five bucks?

Yeah, I'm dubious of anyone within elaborate tales to tell.

For real though never have the bank charge back, you're dealing with a third party remove your money from someone else account. Technically you're legally stealing even if you feel you're in the right cause they stole from you. Deal with the company directly or be prepared to go to court to fix the issue.
