Washing machine moved and is blocking the door

For future reference... The fact that this happened at all suggests to me that there is no pan on the floor. The machine should be sitting in a metal pan with a lip of an inch or two, with the idea being that if the machine springs a leek during a cycle, you wont end up with water damage everywhere. Side bonus, the lip of the pan should stop the machine from moving around.

Anyway, I definitely recommend installing a pan. If there already is one and the machine managed to flatten it on it's way by, you can nail in some quarter-round in front of it. Gives a finished look and creates a strengthened barrier.

Lastly, get the washer drum re-balanced. You can do this yourself with youtube guidance.
