It wasn't the Russians: Hillary lost because she blew off Sanders and his voters

Hillary lost for so many reasons.

The one I believe needs to be focused on is the insularity and hubris of liberal thought. If your gut reaction to this is to out the same flaws on the right you're already missing the point.

The hardline liberal communities have become insular circlejerks. Their opinions are religions, and they've alienated moderates. When you dissent even a little they respond with personal attacks and group condemnation. This is not to say such things don't exist on the right, but you have to admit the progressive party is not overly appealing to a lot of people. Social justice isn't just an alt right meme. They have political power in a lot of states, and countries. Those of us who believe they're harmful are not all 4chan trolls. This segment of "liberalism" is alienating a diverse group of voters and dumbing down the political conversation.

Progressivism has a lot of good ideas I support, but there's a whole lot of fact denying, science denying close minded people in its ranks, and they're protected from internal criticism.

I used to think of my self as liberal, but the voices that control the "left" have grown toxic.

You all should reflect on why your boy Bernie lost also, beyond the electoral shenanigans.

"If you're white you don't know what it's like to be poor"

Fuck you man
