My fiance and I are waiting a kid and we live in a 3 room apartment that we rent. Living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. We decided to ask our landowner if its okay to build a wall in the dining room and we got approved. My brother is an electrician and has his hands on the right way (he built his own house boat, that is still floating on the water). I helped him by holding stuff, painting, sanding and so on. The total cost of the wall building was approx 300 USD. We will break it down when we move out. We still haven't put anything on the walls yet, and haven't bought all inventory for the kids room. My fiance is due at March.
