Watching Clayster’s stream playing challengers I can see why he would be hard to team with

I disagree with your example and solely addressing your example because every situation is different and needs to be addressed appropriately imo. Anyways, I disagree with your approach personally because if a person makes a bad play then that person needs to be called out and told what they did was not part of the plan so they can correct their mistake. If general criticism is given out then the person who made the mistake will think it’s a team mistake when it was a personal mistake and not correct themself. There’s a lot I could say about teaming and criticism because it’s something I struggle with and actively trying to improve so I’ve learnt a lot but I don’t wanna ramble so I’ll leave it at that.
