Watermelons Are Peak Hypocrisy

Your wrong by the way. The Bill of Rights is specifically written to regulate the ways in which the government cannot infringe on the people. The Bill of Rights is the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution. It spells out Americans’ rights in relation to their government. It guarantees civil rights and liberties to the individual—like freedom of speech, press, and religion

the only organization with the power to infringe on that was the government

I’d hope not lol. The Bill of Rights is literally one of the foundations of America. The rights are directed at our government. Idk if you’re aware but the founding fathers were a lil biased against totalitarian power at the time, ya know with the whole Revolution thingy. If the rights spelled out can just be infringed whenever the gov wants then just throw out the whole country. There’s no point in calling them “freedoms”

Your last sentence is interesting. At what point is Twitter or Facebook or Reddit etc. no longer a company and then officially a public square?

That’s a legal gray area that I don’t know how you would enforce. Would a less populated social network like MySpace or 4chan be a public square too? Is YouTube a public square? What about Yelp reviews? Are those considered free speech?
