By the way -- Thank you to the wonderful CMs who continue to post on this sub.

Our waiter at BoG was horrible on Friday. The food was decent to okay, the atmosphere was amazing, but the waiter was horrible!

We waited on the bridge like told, 30 minutes later we ask what is going on and were told the radio they gave us did not reach were we were standing... We then get seated 10 minutes later. It is super-hot outside so we order drinks when our waiter decides to roll around to us. 14 minutes later we get drinks and gulp them down. It takes another 12 minutes of empty drinks to get refills and order food! Apps come out... one tastes like a whole clove of garlic is in it (clams I think), the French onion soup was just ok. We decide to move on and order main course... the waiter tells us she will wait 5 more minutes so we can eat more of the apps... they were half eaten, but we were ready to move on. When I requested she put it in now, she repeated that she would wait 5 minutes. We finally get our main courses which are good, but my child freaks because we requested nothing green on her plate (She is 3.5 and will not eat anything on a plate with green on it), the plate has Broccoli and parsley on the fry’s. ugh... we are now over an hour into this meal and all our child has had to eat is 6 grapes. We finally get food for everyone and request desert. This crazy lady has the nerve to tell us she will wait to send over the desert cart because she wants us to eat more.... This is the only time this trip I left zero tip.

I and my wife are on a diet, our 3.5 year old girl is in the 1% in size and eats thusly. We had the Deluxe Dining plan and wanted to "taste everything" but leave much of it on the plates as we do not need to leave each meal painfully stuffed. Most waiters understood this and took our ques, this lady was oblivious, in her own world, and ignored us when we asked for something. It was busy, but she was standing on the wall half the time doing nothing.

Rant over. We had some great service while on property.

Rey - bus driver, 2 days after taking us to MK he stops by and calls my child by name and asks her if she is having a magical day, as he is getting off of his shift.

John - entertained us for the entire trip from POP to MK with a busload of shirtless teenage boys. He was awesome.

Kris - Liberty Tree waitress was amazing. We opened the place for lunch, rang the bell and all. she took time to chit chat with us without being annoying and brought us our food quickly when we told her we had a fastpass in 20 minutes. I let her manager know how amazing she is.

Moses - Hollywood Brown Derby, this guy is great! It felt like a 5 star place with people in T-shirts and flip-flops. Moses was above it all and went above and beyond when our child spilled a small amount of milk on the tablecloth. He quickly and politely changed the cloth, and made sure we were well taken care of the entire meal. We let his manager know how great he was also.

I did not get the name of the guy wiping the water fountains down near Aladdin’s magic carpet ride, but he did an amazing job. I was so impressed that I stopped him and told him how great it was. That water fountain was going to get messed up by the next 100 kids that sloppily drank from it, but it was shining like brand new when he was done. He likely came by the next day and did the same thing with the same great work ethic and attitude.
