From what i can tell: "Creep" is just "Slut" but with anti-social aggression/violence tacked on.

A "Slut" is someone who's being more sexual than you would like them to be. Men call women sluts because they want to control and disarm female sexuality. Women call eachother slut because they don't like how much of a sexual being someone else is (often outof jealousy).
Basically none of this is legitamite, people need to get outof eachother's business, when ppl slut-shame eachother it's some grade-A bullshit that needs to stop.

A "Creep" is the same thing as a "Slut", in that part of is is that they are being more sexual than YOU want them to be and thus you're feeling uncomfortable. However, it also has the added aspect of being violent, in that the "Creep" won't leave you alone and continues to try to force his way with you (this is a form of harassment/violence). That's fucked up, and if anyone is doing that they need to be called out on it for the world to hear, "Creep" is indeed a good word for it.

NOW FOR THE BAD PART OF THE WORD CREEP:
Often i see girls offhandedly point out guys and say "Yeah, looks like a total creep", but i dunno if that's really fair if they've no idea of his behavior at all. What they really mean is that he looks like a slut.

Whenever you call someone a creep, i wish people would just stop and ask themselves... do i really just want to call them a slut instead? And is slut-shaming even ok?

Calling someone a creep when they're not bothering anyone at all, just because they're trying to be sexy but you're not into it, is some grade A+ bullshit - because you're essentially implying that they're a sexual offender. Please be careful with these words. It's messed up for a whole town to gossip about you being a sexual offender, just because i'm trying to get my sexy on on my own over here without bothering anyone.
