WCGW Going to the water park when you can’t swim

We felt really bad for her. She was super upset. She was a regular at the pool, like every day, but she normally stayed in the kids pool that had kind of a 0'-4' gradient where she could just walk out.

Fortunately, 99% of our saves were small children in shallow water. You just had to stop them before they started drowning or at least notice when they were and go scoop them up. We had plenty of guards like you, and we also had just flat out bad guards too. We mixed our stronger swimmers and better water watchers (read: not shitty guards lol) into the schedule and into the chair rotation in such a way that it was never an issue. Honestly it's wild to me in hindsight that we never had a major incident lol.
