I mean, you could look at it that way, yea. Dude got those legs and knees and the full mass of the ride to his face, though. I think it's kind of a stretch to attack his character over their potential injuries. Sure it was a stupid mistake with high stakes, but it was a mistake and nearly paid with his life.

The risk he took was less than the risk of speeding in a car, and in fact created more danger for him than speeding in a car does for others. More than half the population of this country does that every day and looks at you like you're a fool if you don't go 5 over. Judge this guy as a piece of shit if you want, but if you're honest you'll judge about 75% of the people you know by the same criteria.
