This vid is from a Latino country (everybody is brown). I have lived in various Latino countries for almost 20 years. Still do.

I see this scam a lot. That said, there are a lot of legit "unfortunates" on the streets & it's people like this guy that are taking away from those that truly do need help.

There's an older lady in my town who dresses up in a nurses uniform and begs for her non-existent clinic everyday. The locals all know she's fake but no one does anything about it. She drives a nice car. I call her out (loudly) everytime she is near me.

Its not right & she knows it. Still everyday she's out in the plaza... she tries to avoid me now.
