If you're actually interested in more than just Republican talking points, we could discuss the last time SSA was "bankrupt," what they did to fix it, all of the changes since, and where we go from here, in detail. But then you have to promise not to stick to your Republican talking points. :)

We could also talk about how SSA affects GDP and growth, who exactly receives benefits, and how that affects their income and the poverty rate. Then we could look at Medicare.

But when you add more Republican talking points about "Venezuela or Cuba," and conflate "social services" with SSA and Medicare, I don't think you are serious. Ideology is the worst blinder.
