Weaning them all off opioids

"Pay" is really about # of patient seen per day. So it's not "money" but if we aren't productive enough, our "office managers" will put us on a performance improvement plan and we would ultimately lose our jobs. If physicians were given 2x time to do the right thing, the right thing would be done more. US has the second longest visit time for PCP.

Additionally, pay is proportionate to loans. LOL at anyone trying to be a physician in Europe or elsewhere with $500k USD in loans.

Solutions include:
- decreasing charting regulations and visit times.
- not allowing patients to sue for ANY reason.
- eliminating patient satisfaction as a way to get fired / promotion / bonus.
- making college and medical school affordable.

Until then, we will make a lot more than you, legally distribute opiates, and bitch about our pay :)
