Wedding Night

I have the same thoughts of people thinking "ooooh, tonight they're going to do the thing". Yes it's an uncomfortable thought. But there isn't much that can be done about that fact. It will wear off.

What seems that might help is your husband having some "know how" and understanding and patience. I have fears too but the thoughts of my husband having patience and understanding greatly helps so much.

Marry someone who makes you feel safe and someone you're comfortable with. I'm waiting on the thing until I'm married too. I don't know that I'll ever get married, but I do know I'll have to feel comfortable with him. It's always been my main attraction for a guy is for him to be just a real nice guy. And "the thing" is part of that reason. I've heard some awful stories involving unkind spouses. I think when the time comes you'll know what to do because the man you marry , you obviously will live and care for and he should make you feel at ease.
