WEE OOO WEE OOO CAR

No I'm sorry but it doesn't work that way which is why a common term in medicine is 'think horses not zebras'. A risk assessment has to be made and that is weighed up against the odds and other evidence available. Otherwise we would have doctors and nurses going all Dr Gregory House on every admit to the A&E with non specific unexplained abdo pain. I did adult and paediatric emergency triage and still have to do emergency gynae triage and if we worked to your way of thinking it would be absolute chaos, massive waste of resources and a lot of angry people.

For every accident or condition that someone has there is a 'what about' scenario. In fact there's probably several. For example it's extremely common (and justified) for early labouring women to make their own way to the hospital. Using your logic they would ring an ambulance because of all the 'what abouts' that could happen on the way.
