[Week Thread] Beginner/New To Nsuns Discussion

I've made no progress and I've ran it for (this week will be my sixrg) five weeks :( I may make a post soon. Need advice. I gained about 4lb bodyweight in these five weeks~. 157.4lb to 161lb

Backsquat: 215x8 (Nov29) to 250x3(Jan 3)

OHP: 120x5 (Nov30) to 130x3 (Jan 4)

Deadlift: 270x5 (Dec 1) to 285x5 (Dec 22) I just started doing deads so it's just my body getting used to the lift.

Benchpress: 155x9 to 185x3 (Dec 30, shoulder hurt a lot during this set so i didnt push more, maybe couldve gotten a fourth, not sure)

I'm wondering if nSuns isn't really for me. TM is going up, my reps go down, which means im not getting stronger but just hitting more weight less reps. I also got a shoulder injury as a result of all the benching and am deciding to take next week off as the first week ive taken off in a while (to let my shoulder recover). I'm 17 years old, 5'11" 161lb and im not sure if im just not old enough to handle this strength program as it requires so many calories while im still growing up
