Weekday Help and Victory Thread for the week of April 29, 2019

Got a letter from my credit card company stating:

"We have not received the minimum payment on your credit card account for two consecutive months and we’ve noticed that only merchant credits have posted to your account during this time. We want to remind you that you are still required to make the full minimum payment each month. Please make your next scheduled payment by the due date. If we don’t receive it on time, we will close your account. If we close your account with a balance, we’ll continue to send monthly statements. You’ll be required to make your monthly payments until the balance is paid in full. "

But when I go to make a payment on my card it says I have no balance. Kinda frustrated that they are threatening me for closing the account without a prior warning that a credit balance from a refund stops my auto payments and technically doesn't cover the balance. Don't they owe ME money? I should be threatening them to send me my credit balance or I'll close their account with me.
