I love how you calling me a fanboy,when really,falcom has stated it,it was supposed to be one game. The trails series approach in narrative is different than your self contained one,trails may have tropes,but those are done well,i won't deny splitting the games is arc fatigue,but what're you gonna do with a state as massive as erebonia to tell a story self contained?,they did it cause they want to answer everything as much as possible with zero plot holes/continuity error. Villians may be saturday cartoon style,but whats the fun of having majority of all villians being grey?,renne is a good example of a villian turned hero in a great way especially her subplot is resolved in crossbell.
