The weather was great yesterday, so I took a half day and got some errands done (car wash, haircut, lawn) and went up to the semi-local running store for a group run in the early evening. They had a couple of reps from Brooks there and sample pairs of shoes you could wear for the evening. I got to run in the Glycerin 15, which I really liked... think I'll be buying a pair of them because they are pretty close to the Triumph ISOs that I love. Instead of having a group run, though, they did a short warmup run and then we played capture the flag. It was so much fun, but it was almost impossible to score because there were so many people playing. I touched the flag once and spent most of my time in jail. I think if we had kept going until someone won, it would have taken the entire night into the morning... but it was a lot of fun.

One of the people playing mentioned that she stayed at a running camp in the Poconos called Camp Runabout which is a three day summer camp for adult runners. It sounded like a lot of fun... has anyone here done it?
