In light of someone talking about TSLA, what're y'alls biggest investing wins and losses? For me:

  • Biggest win: Arcturus Therapeutics (ARCT) and CRISPR Therapeutics (CRSP). Bought both while I was in the midst of taking a course on CRISPR in grad school. Bought ARCT at $6 and CRISPR at $32, now valued at $61 and $110 respectively

  • Biggest loss: Definitely threw a grand or so at Bitcoin within 20 minutes of the all time peak (my buy-in price was over $20k) and ended up trying to play various crypto trading while it was on the decline, ended up turning $1k into around $125, where I withdrew and just used that for sports betting. I have now turned that into $80 playing the ridiculous longshot parlay game
