Weekly 'Anything Goes' Post

Tera isn't working, the launcher comes up fine. Then when I press Play nothing seems to happen, but a process comes up in my task manager called TERA, with the right logo and everything, and it uses 30% CPU or so, and 1.7mb or RAM. This never changes, it only uses that amount of resources, never changes or comes up as a window or an app on the task bar.

I launch through steam, I've tried it with steam launched as admin or not. I'm on Windows 10, most recent update. I just installed tera onto a D:/ drive, but I don't think that matters. Graphics card is Radeon R9 380, with the 17.4.4 drivers. I've tried up dating as many other drivers as I can. I'm on a wired connection. Port 10001 seems to be blocked but I don't understand how that could make the game just be a resource leech.

Tera used to work a few months ago, now it just launches what amounts to a resourcing hogging null process. I did the diagnoses thing, here's the relevant parts :
