Weekly 'Ask Anything About Analog Photography' - Week 51

I restored a Kodak Duaflex II and ran my first roll of film through it today (Tri-X 400). The unit has a Kodet lens with a fixed f/15 aperture, and the shutter speed is fixed at 1/30 sec. unless the bulb feature is used. I shot the whole roll at f/15, 1/30 sec. except for one frame at 4 sec.

The problem I'm having now is what speed to develop my film at. When I checked my light meter I had to shoot at ASA 200 for "correct" exposures in the daylight. However I feel like I'm overthinking this. The Duaflex II was made for consumers to make snapshots and I doubt people were pulling film to make the correct exposure. Should I just hope f/15, 1/30 sec. is ok for all my exposures or pull it a stop?
