Q4all - are successful sales people red pilled? Something I just posted made me think this - Not too agreeable - that gets you walked all over by the customer.

Hold frame - you are selling the value of your solution. Don’t be afraid of conflict - If they try to beat you up on price, negotiate, don’t just back down.

Abundance - if the customer seems like they’re wasting your time or aren’t willing to involve the decision maker then don’t be afraid to walk away from the deal. Either you most likely saved yourself a bunch of wasted time that you’re not getting paid for or the customer will come back into your frame and meet your requirements.

ABALT - #1 sales mantra, “buyers are liars”. Even the most agreeable buyer who seems to be open about the business problems that your solution can solve and doesn’t try to negotiate you down on pricing, May just simply be wasting your time because they were tasked to do some thing by the boss, are looking for a competitive bid to negotiate down their existing vendor, or in the case of being an attractive female, they are just trying to get more Face time with an attractive female. Any of them could quickly monkey branch to a another vendor with a cheaper perceived better value solution.

Lift, stfu - Let the buyer keep talking. Let them talk themselves into an uncomfortable silence. Buyers want to be heard they don’t respect a DEERing sales person, it’s shifty. Study sales and war techniques to always hone your craft.

LMR and ASD - anti sucker defense. If the customer has a bunch of last-minute demands or concerns after you’re about to sign the deal, don’t start chasing and begging, shows desperation. Restate the value proposition and temporarily withdraw attention. allow them to unspin their own hamster. If you did everything right from the start, they will come back around.

What else???
