Requirements (Players): Follow server rules, Good people skills, 21+

Requirements (DMs): Have to DM my way which is story driven and player centric. We want players to feel Immersed and Heroic. We use best practices of proven methods of Dming measured by whether or not players are enthusiastic and want to play again. This may not be strictly west marches because we have story plots, hooks and rewards rather than chance exploration.

The story is still about the characters but has more to do with character development, growth within a sense of community and belonging to something greater than yourself.

We need 2 DMs that must have 3 years or more experience with long running positive games in their history
