Diet: 2,700 to 3,000 calories with minimum 200g protein daily. Eat 1lb of 75 or 85 ground beef a day generally, a lot of milk, sometimes pizza and macaroni. Have problems cheating with sugary stuff tho at work and sometimes at home (big problem I know). Also on a budget so can't afford expensive/grassfed/steak etc... just gotta keep it simple.

Supplements: Lifetime natty besides creatine, and some vitamins

I started lifting about a year or more ago but only really gotten into taking it more seriously the last few months. My goals are 80% be strong and 20% look strong. I ran linear progression for awhile till I feel that stalled out then did 2 cycles of Boring but Big (6 weeks total),Coffinworm 3 week and am running the anchor 3 week to coffinworm now (heavy % set based 5/3/1 program). The problem as you can see tho is my progress is steady but slow and I think I've fucked up my diet both through inexpierence and cheating a lot. I'm not sure what to do now, where to go after this program and generall a long term plan besides just continuing to lift heavy and do time tested programs. If you were me what would you do besides gear or kys ?

tl;dr - Fat and weak what should I do next
