I already asked on other subreddits but I also wanted to ask on here too (hopefully that is ok, just to get some other set of opinion too). I would like to know what are some good masters programs or certificate programs in Artificial Intelligence or Data Science?

I already have a Masters in Information Technology from Rutgers University and I still have not been able to get myself a job even though my degree is considered a STEM degree. I have literally applied everywhere in the US and tried not to be picky from major corporations, government to universities and start ups but still nothing just getting rejected or still waiting for a reply back from them. In the meantime, I have tried to do an ecommerce business but it's really slow now too so I figured in the meantime rather than waiting to be employed to just use the time to get into a certificate or another masters program.

I would like to advance and update my skills more than what my degree taught me. Most of the courses I took dealt with some probability (including with linear algebra which I did not like), Basic C++, Basics of SQL, Excel, and mostly the R language. We also learned the basics of Machine Learning and Time Series but nothing related to Deep Learning or Artificial Intelligence. I even taught an online MBA course using R and Tableau, how to clean large data sets, create visualizations, and how to conduct statistical tests and machine learning models. Then I recently taught myself how to code Python.

I already checked some sites such as KD Nuggets for some programs but there are so many programs out there that I don't know which would be good or worth the investment. I don't want to invest again only to learn what I already know and end up still unemployed even though I know a degree is not going to guarantee me a job. I am open to physical courses and online even though I know that many courses are still all online due to the pandemic. Also if there any good programs that do not ask for the GRE score.
