I really liked the sounds you used for the melody and i actually like the bass sound you used too but i thought the bass was a bit too repetitive I would rework it personally. Add more variation to it I just feel like that third note in the repeating pattern doesnt really lead the bassline anywhere or lead up to the next 4 bars in a way thats interesting. Not really sure if you understand what im saying haha but i think thats the main thing thats holding the beat back in my opinion. Just trying to give my own personal feedback in a way that i think would be constructive and not just give useless feedback if you feel me i actually dig the beat. And ik you said ur mixings shit but i think it sounds pretty solid one easy fix tho would be just to lower the volume on that synth bass that comes in at the end. Sounds nicee tho brooo
