Help assuage my anxiety?

I got a 2 inch color tattoo on my ankle. I feel like my artist went pretty hard. Looked great the morning after, but since then has been healing so ugly.

I’m a week in and it’s been peeling fine (two pretty intense, but small, scabs remain) but looks super dull and milky. I’m assuming this will correct itself as the skin continues to heal and cycle.

However, it looks so pink/red underneath! It’s not hot, swollen or anything like that, but the skin behind the ink is very pink which has changed the look a bit. I’m worried it will never look like how it did after she finished it.

I’ve been texting her and she said it looks like a rough heal. Neosporin, be gentle etc. she wishes she made it a two session. I have one other tattoo that healed perfectly, so I’m freaking out a bit.

Please tell me I’ll be ok LOL
