Do I need to use a vpn when seeding? YES!!!

1.) I don’t use VPN but it’s better too, most torrenting sites don’t keep logs (store your IP) WHY? Because for any reason if the GOVERNMENT takes over the website the site will be charged around $1500 per person who has used the link, say the link has 25,000 clicks that means the site will have to pay $37,500,000 now that a lot of money and for any stupid reason if they have stored logs the person using the torrent would also be changed e.g ( 6 years ago a person was charged $675,000 for pirating 30 songs). So for this very reason torrenting sites don’t keep logs on uses. In country’s like SPAIN, NETHERLANDS, SWITZERLAND its legal to pirate so most torrent publisher put there torrents on those country’s/servers.

2.) using a VPN. When using a VPN almost always use a paid VPN I’m not saying that free VPN’s are bad. A Free VPN is useful when accessing blocked sites or when you don’t want to show your search or something like that to your ISP (internet service provider), why shouldn’t I use a free VPN for torrenting?

If you use a free VPN when downloading the torrent file and the government wants you information the VPN service gives the information right away but if you have paid VPN it’s better because if government asks for your info the VPN will only provide your e-mail address nothing else if the GOVERNMENT wants more information the VPN service will go all the way to courts to protect your information

3.)torrent seeding, normally seeding happens when downloading the torrent file and after torrent file is done downloading if you want a dynamic download you should seed and add trackers to torrent but after download is finished stop seeding as it might take more bandwidth And has a small percentage of getting you caught or best option go to your torrent client settings and disable seeding after download
