Delivery today but no money drawn and not even shipped yet? I did the math to have this arrive today before I left for a business trip and I'm having a hard time believing this laptop will get here in 10 hours when it hasn't even been shipped from the warehouse yet. Is this normal? I purchased on Saturday. I figured I'll buy one day shipping so it's here Tuesday and ships on Monday (yesterday). Well after 2 calls with supervisors they assured me nothing is wrong and emailed me " personally guaranteeing" it will be here on time, they said there is a manual review process because the value of the item which according to the email he said he "successfully escalated my case to be processed ASAP". Unless this thing just happens to be in a warehouse down the street from me, it's looking pretty slim... Has anyone had a similar situation?
