Weekly Help and Discussion Thread for the week of August 26, 2019

I'm currently international and cannot get into my account even after selecting forgot password - I really do not want to call so am looking for any option to contact them digitally. Unfortunately, you have to log in for chat which it will not let me do. All email addresses provided via a google search return an automated inactive email response. International calls cost a lot of money, so this is super frustrating. Some notes:

  1. Error Message: We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site.
  2. This is not due to timeout or site being temporarily down. This has been an issue for several days.
  3. I have tried to reset my password several times on mobile AND on laptop through different wifis as well as my mobile provider (googlefi). I get the OTP to the email address entered. This error comes back after I enter my authentication info (expiration date for card on file so clearly they still have my account info).
  4. This seems to conveniently coincide to when my prime membership expired (I did not renew this year).
  5. Since I am international, I have tried this via a VPN connecting through the US (thinking that it might be flagging the IP address for security).
  6. I have done the obvious clear your cache/cookies and retry. I have also tried on multiple browsers - chrome, brave, and internet explorer.
