A crazy amount of head coaches are being fired in my save. A bad run of form and then an old time head coach gets fired, or even out of nothing - I noticed that some teams that were doing well in the league were firing their bosses. I'm in league one right now, and for example Nottm forest were relegated last season and were expected to be top of the league this year but they were sitting in the relegation zone, now I'm halfway through the season and they have made an amazing comeback and are fighting for playoff spots, and then they fired their head coach out of nowhere. I went to check and noticed that the guy that was sacked didn't manage to complete even one year at charge of the club, and he was doing an amazing job despite the initial crisis (but you have to consider that nottm forest were also selling a lot of their players before his arrival cuz they were broken financially). And this is just one case, I mentioned it because I was really curious about the team situation, but I think half of the teams fired their head coaches this season. Is this a thing in the game? I wish I could reduce the probability of people getting sacked because this seems so unrealistic
