Weekly Hiring Questions and Advice Thread - May 06

Alright so what are my options here. I filled out an application for a position at a local dept. They require a polygraph test that is supposed to match what you listed on the application.

I thought I was entirely truthful and listed I have not smoked weed at all in the last year. However after submitting the app and about a week later I was thinking about the upcoming polygraph and remembered that I had actually smoked about 10-11 months back with a one night stand. I had completely forgotten about her and honestly thought it was over a year ago.

Should I disclose this before the polygraph? I dont want to be automatically disqualified for having smoked weed in the last year over something so trivial. It was a one night stand and I have never seen her since. I dont want to lie but really dont want to disqualify myself.
