Weekly Hiring Questions Thread - April 02

You inferred a lie, and if my question didn't come across as intended, as I do believe it's a reasonable question, in regards to potential discrimination when looking to be hired, that's my bad.

Again, I value honesty, and at no point did I ever phrase my question in a way that would imply that I would lie. If I am asked directly, I'd tell the truth of course. My question, was is this something I should bring up in the conversation, for transparency.

So if I didn't make my question clear that's on me, but you are equally at fault for comprehending what I asked incorrectly, as well as going on to infer that I have a hard time telling the truth, not to mention the blatant "we don't want you" nonsense.

Some wisdom to remember here, is that in every job sector, it's almost assumed that your are looking, at all times to better yourself. Whether that's a promotion, or for greener pastures elsewhere in your field. It's this drive that builds personal worth, and can determine how an employer will try to keep you happy and invested.

If I was overlooked because of that, I'd be very dissatisfied with my experience. I'm a loyal person, but I'm not above trying to achieve more either.

So thank you for not answering my question in a thread for questions. Thank you for calling my integrity into question, and thank you for making this my first and last post here. I thought reaching out to a broader base of LE, besides the few I know in my personal life would make for a good response. I suppose I was wrong.

Anyway, good luck in your endeavors friend, and for transparency, I've reported you for being accusatory and disrespectful. Definitely not a helpful or warm welcome in a thread for prospective LEOs.
