you sound extremely wishy washy and unable to make a decision for yourself. Decide what you want to do and just do it. AECF is a wtf choice because you literally didn't even get to pick your rate. Why the fuck wouldn't at least decide what job you are doing? If you want to be ET be an ET FFS. Don't leave the choice up to chance.

Also MA is a shit job. Being an MP is not fun in any branch and won't help you get a civilian police job. At best you'll get the same bonus points any veteran gets. I also have to ask have you really looked into:

"I had several law enforcement agencies I could practically just walk through the front door and grab a career. "

Because almost every enlisted person I met with a degree had a degree in criminal justice and couldn't get a job with LEOs. If you have checked into that and you really are/can get a job with LEO then that's cool but don't think you can join the reserves, try to get a LEO job, and then go active if you can't find a job because it's nearly impossible. In addition take a lot around in some of the subs and see how many people regret going NG or reserves. I see a lot more "how can I go active " posts than people wanting to go reserves/guard.

As for the shooty stabby stuff you want to do, first of all you've never done it so how do you know you'd like it? Everyone thinks it's fucking cool until you have to go hump an 80lb ruck 12 miles in freezing rain. Or having to work 18 hour days for weeks straight without a single day off. You just come across as a person who thinks it's cool but your lack of ability to make decisions or take responsibility for them leads me to think you really don't have the mindset for that kind of thing.

Anyway assuming you got ET there are some programs you'll find out about on the inside where you might get to do some cool stuff but getting into them as a reservists is very, very difficult as they screen for people and why would they take a reservist and give him a lot of expensive training compared to people who are active duty? (Answer: they generally wouldn't)
