I feel really dumb asking this question, but I couldn't find the answer online. Also, apologies for the saltiness.

Background~~ So I originally enlisted, but got put in medhold because I snapped my ankle during BEAST and got sent home despite asking to RTT the entire 13 weeks I was in medhold. I'm fully qualified to reenlist but I want to commission instead. My fiance is being stationed at Ramstein, we've been separated since December 19th of last year. I would like to get married and live with him again.

Would I be able to do my first 2 years of college online in Germany, then come back to the states for ROTC+my last two years? I really have no idea how any of this works, I talked to my squadron commander a few times in my line flight but didn't think to ask her this question while I was there.
