well i mean theres more than one 'they' and no one knows everything but I decided at age 3 I didnt want kids because I started waking up really to the fact that their children are almost every parents weakness. History lessons in school and movies reminded me again that if Only the protagonist didnt have a child, the tyranny and threats upon him would be so much less. without kids your weakest link will be a lover or parent. but nothing weakens you like a child. if nothing else you become so much more a slave to making money and often too risk average because you need to feed your child that you cant follow your soul. most geniuses and prophets have no kids. this isn't by coincidence. i dont think theyre pushing pop control personally i think theyre pushing control Of the pop. mining us for our energy in indefinite ways.
