Weekly Observations: What signs of collapse do you see in your region? [in-depth]

Location: Richmond, VA

My wife works in the healthcare industry and received the following resume today

I love been a CNA because it teach me new things and I can help people that can not help there self. Been a CNA is a big part of a person life that can not make food, wash clothes, or give there self a bath. I am the person that make some one love having me in there life and can not wait to see me the next day. My accomplishment of been a CNA have made know how much it's important for someone to have someone there to care about them and to if there need help I am there for them.

The saddest part is that they’re so short staffed it was an instant hire.
