I want to be a cop when I get out so I want to go Military Police, I was considering my options and Marines and Navy are out because I don't like ships or the ocean. (Sorry crayon-eaters and semen), Coast Guard is out for the same reason.

My families service choice is a 50/50 split between the Army and the Airforce (Maternal Great Grandpa was a Paratrooper in WW2 and my Paternal Grandpa was a helicopter mechanic in the Airforce during the Korean War).

I know everyone says the Airforce is so much better in terms of quality of life and things like that, but I love the idea of being a soldier and it's much more appealing. At the same time, if it's really THAT much better maybe it's worth reconsidering.
